All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but refunds will not be issued.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
